Ilham Aliyev congratulated Italian Prime Minister

AZERBAIJAN, September 4 - President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni on becoming the longest-serving Prime Minister.
